Default Seared Tuna Fillet.

Seared Tuna with Buddha Stirfry
Coated the tuna with EVOO and Ted Reader Bone Dust BBQ Seasoning.

Seared the Tuna in the BGE on my CI Grill for 45 seconds either side.

All plated up!!

That looks really good. As I’ve never used a BBQ seasoning, I’m wondering how does it taste compared to more traditional Ahi seasonings?

I've never used a traditional Ahi seasoning so I wouldn't be able to help you out there. But will definitely be giving one a go soon

I know this says its rice seasoning but I use it for Seared Ahi as well. It's really tasty. Any Asian market will have it.

Furikake is good. I use it on many things, including pasta, instead of sauce. They also come in many flavors too, wasabi being one of my favorites.

Yes, I have the Seto Fumi, Salmon & Wasabi Furikaki in my spice cupboard as I type.
