Made these Rib eye steak for my wifes birthday last weekend. Who would ever feal the need to go to another steak restaurant after this?

That's an awesome new WGA! I don't have one of those, but the video definitely made me want to add one to the family. And where did you get those grates?!? I must know! I've looked at the Craycort products, but those look different.

I must say, the lemon has me intrigued. I know lemon juice brightens flavors and will make something seem saltier than without. Gotta try that. Love me a good reverse seared ribeye, looks great!

Great video. Loved it. I agree, I don't really go to steak houses much anymore. I can grill my own killer steak...

Thanks John, it sure was a great steak!

That knife does need some sharpening. Normally I sharpen my knife with this tool

Smiths Edgeware 10" Oval Diamond Sharpening Rod

Every two years I send them to the factory and get them back like new. Its time to send the knifes back to there maker!
