Default Chicken bombs are da' bomb...

I got a killer deal on some organic, free range chicken thigh meat the other day, so I bought a bunch of it. I read a few of the recent chicken bomb threads, and had supplies to make some, so I did that yesterday.

Thigh Meat, Mexican cheese, jalepeños, and bacon chicken bombs.

They were awesome! I will be making them again.

Another cool thing about chicken bombs is that there must be a hundred ways to stuff them. I used what I happened to have on hand.

Looks great CD! I'm gonna have to try thighs instead of breast and a rubbed no sauce version now.
