Default Smoker conversion

I have a large gas smoker that I used for years. It is stainless and I want to covert to an offset smoker with a firebox and charcoal grilling area.
It seems to Me that the members here know a little something about this type of thing.
If Ii post some pictures and dimensions could I get some help designing a firebox to hang off the side?

I think you find the members very helpful. Post the pics and info and I bet you will get the info you need. Also the search function at the bottom of the page is site specific. The first 3 or 4 results are general internet stuff but everything after that they are from posts on this forum.

Certainly!! That's why you're posting a new thread ain't it??

Post up some pics and you'll get some answers. Worst case scenario, we say you are crazy and give you a good excuse to go buy a new cooker!
