Default Backwoods Chubby

Hi Everyone,

So I just received my backwoods chubby, does anyone have any great tips on how to use, things to think about etc?? basically a great 101...

Got mine in February still getting used to it but love it I've done 3briskets 6 butts 2 chickens 40 chicken breasts and 8 pizzas. Looking forward to making bacon and pastrami! We are having a BBQ DOG June 1. Your not that far away if you'd like to come let me know, I'll send you more info!

Using a fuse or snake burn seems to be the best way to keep a steady temperature in mine. Be patient; it can take a while to get the cooking chamber up to temperature, but once you get there, it's pretty easy to hold it steady for a long time.
