Borrowed a buddies trailer rig so had to test it out. Chicken is done waiting on ribs.

what are country ribs exactly? my inlaws make great ribs with just S&p...spare ribs. this is what comes to mind...but im prob wrong

Sliced the country ribs into little medallions and turned out really good.

Country ribs are not from the ribs at all. They are thick sliced Pork butt Pork butt is cut from above the shoulder and behind the head.

Actually you're partially right. Some butchers will slice a Pork Butt & call them Country Style Ribs. The original Country Style Ribs are cut from the shoulder end of the pork loin and have short rib bones attached. We get all the cuts around here. I prefer the Butt version my self... Cheers!!!
