Default Beef short ribs. Ground for HB MEAT. Funny smell. What do you think?

Hi Brethren,
I ground this yesterday to make burgers with. It was going to be a mix of different meats actually. I have not mixed them yet.
This meat I bought at Sams Club as a reduced price because of the expiration date so I brought it home and put it in the freezer.

It looks good but does not smell right.

What to do? Toss or cook?

I'd fling it if it doesn't smell right.

I tossed beef back ribs the other day.

When in doubt, toss it out.

That's 8 to 0.

It's gone.
I knew what to do.
Everyone letting me know I'm doing the right thing just made it easer.
Thanks Brethren!!!

That's the smell of regret. The regret of wasting some good short ribs.
