Default making my first moink balls

the missus is having a little going away party for one of her coworkers and i offered to make some moink balls (versus the finger sandwiches she wanted to make )

SO, becasue i'm making my own meatballs, i guess i'm making moink balls since i'm not using frozen italian meatballs to make MOINK balls.

NOSKOS rules can be applied, you can make your own beef meatballs. Or go totally rebel...


Make pork meatballs and wrap in beef bacon

I made MOINK balls for my family today, they where delicious. Rolled the beef balls myself.

i bought ground beef, bread crumbs, onion and garlic.....rubs and whatnot, bacon, toothpicks, grill inderect.....

now i have to look up NOSKOS rules as well....
