Default OBR deploying in West, Texas

(I didn't see another thread with this topic. Mods, please delete or meld w/ another thread if necessary).

In response to yesterday's horrific explosion in West, Texas, Operation BBQ Relief is mobilizing in the town to once again support those that need it the most.

They need boots on the ground, equipment and $. If you are in a position to help, you can get more information on their facebook page and on their website. It would also be a big help if you could spread the word on your facebook page and let others know how they can help.

Before heading down there, check with local law enforcement. I just saw footage on local news of the Sheriff saying they are being overrun with people wanting to help. I don't know if he was just talking about fireman and equipment, or something broader.

I would just ask, first, to make sure you won't be in the way. It is a VERY small town.
