Default A little variety tonight

My second cook on the Weber 26.75 OTG. I really love the extra space compared to the 22.5 Performer. It is great for moving things around and cooking different foods. I have ordered a second handle to mount to the front to make sliding the lid back easier.

Steak, salmon, chicken and onion sausage. I'm stuffed.

looks very tasty, just be careful with raw chicken and beef so . easy to cross contaminate and get every one sick. best to keep them on different plates. Unless you cooked the beef to the done temp of chicken, witch is min 165 where stake is 145. does not sound like much but don't want to spend the rest of the night on the john. http://www.foodsafety.gov/keep/charts/mintemp.html
