Thai shrimp & pineapple kabobs:








Served 'em with black bean & sweat potato chili:







Was really tasty.




Had a peach drop cake also cooked on the grill for dessert:

I planted my own lemon grass and Thai basil last year. Thai food is so good on the grill.
Care to share the sweet potato chili recipe? That sounds and looks amazing.
