Delicious Pork Tenderloin for dinner Sat
Marinaded a small tenderloin in Stubbs pork marinade. Then cut it into thinner medallion size pieces before going on the grill. Quick grill on the gasser, topped with apples that I softened in some butter and brown sugar, crumbled bleu cheese and some balsamic glaze.
Served with roasted cauliflower and rosemary potatos, was delicious!!

I bet it had an awesome sweet/tart flavor thing going on with the apples and bleu! Nice job!
