Default First fatty attempt (pron :-))

So, trying some fatties today.

So one is a naked fatty, and the other two are stuffed with stuffed peppers. I forgot some of the ingredients to my normal stuffed Jalapeno recipe, but here's what's in them

Cream Cheese
aged white cheddar
green onions
roasted corn
chili powder

The small one is stuffed with the two jalapenos while the big one is stuffed with the large pabalano pepper and diced jalapeno.

Oh, btw, so the first thing I thought of when I read about fattys was breakfast sausage goes with egg... and I thought my injection syringe was perfect for the task. To anyone else thinking about this... it doesn't work so don't bother trying. It just makes a HUGE mess.
