Default Panang Curry Wings

Can of Panang Curry paste
Can of coconut milk
A little brow sugar
Few dashes of fish sauce
Wings

Put everything in a ziplock and maranade a few hours.

Smoke as you would any other wings.
I made a Thai Basil yogurt sauce for the side.
