Baby backs were on the menu last night and i was stoked to try out some new products from the spice cupboard.

First Up...

Rubbed down and onto the KJ w/ apple and hickory

3.5hrs later looking spot on...

Light coat of sauce

Then a dusting of this & it was eating time! ! !

Sorry no plated pics as they were devoured too quickly.

Have to say i'm very happy with Big Poppa's rub and understand why people rave about them!
