Cool video. Well done. Sammie looks great too!

ONLY thing I noticed at all (and I'm not really being critical....it's just that my alarms were going off) is food safety is important.
I'm REAL paranoid about handling raw fish, pork or chicken, even beef for that matter, and then handling salt, pepper, rub containers, oil bottles, etc.
I always either use one hand for meat only and the other for handling utensils, or shakers.
Perhaps you wiped down everything afterward, and it's not like I'm handling your salt grinder, so it may not really matter.

Again......not trying to be negative....just something that jumped out at me. Still....GREAT video. Only trying to help.

We do not sell catfish as such over the counter in Sydney. But we do import Basa that is also called Royal Basa from Thailand. Very cheap fish. Mild white flesh and it is a catfish. Has anyone tried it as a substitute for US catfish.

Thanks everyone!

HeSmellsLikeSmoke - Tomatoes, yah, sure did. They went on. The pickles tho, I forgot 'em

Wampus - Yah, you know I was thinking about showing some food safety in the videos. Now that you've pointed it out, I'll definitely do that, even if its subtle. I always clean up things as well, and the fish was freshly washed when I unwrapped it. Little things I need to improve on.

Esselle - Its been 2 yrs since I was there. I've been dying to go back and eat more!

Thanks again for the compliments everyone! Glad you enjoyed this!

I've started investing in the bulk gloves from Costco - I use them for all raw meat handling and try to limit the amount of cross contamination that may occur. I can't say eliminate, but I try to be cautious.
