Default Todays cook.

Today's cook on a 22 1/2 OTS. Love this thing. Pat's meat market meatloaf. Hand cut sweet potato fries with olive oil, cinnamon, brown sugar, and a secret rub. Also Asparagus drizzled with olive oil, salt, & pepper. Nothing special. Just another dinner.

Oh, man, smoked meatloaf rocks.

I use a 50/50 mix of ground chuck and ground pork, diced onions, diced peppers, a little garlic and black pepper, one egg per pound of meat, and a quarter cup of bread crumbs per pound.

Roll it up, let it firm up in the fridge, and I put it right on the grill grate -- no pan.

You need to try it. It made me a meatloaf lover.
