Default Saturday Ribeye and Fries

Had a hankering for steak and fries....

Fresh cut russets...

First fry at 325

Cooling off...

Ribeye seasoned up...

Off the grill and after the second fry...

The fork shot..

Delicious!

Probably should have been more clear. First fry at 325 for 7-8 minutes. These par cook them. Then after they have cooled, you fry them for 2-3 minutes at 375 to crisp them up.

This ensures a nice creamy center with crisp outside for the fries.

Can't beat steak and fries.

I'm wondering about the second fry also.

There are a few ways to make great chips(fries) and the double fry is an easier method to get better results.
Geez that meat looks good.
