Default Sunday Dinner - Rib Roast and more PRON

So I had mom over to play with this kids and meet the new puppy and thought I would smoke a rib roast and some drumettes. Figured I would try smoking some sweet and baked potatoes too.

Everything went on at 3pm over KBB and a couple pieces of apple wood and much more Oak. WSM temp was 275. Wings took 1.5 hrs and Roast took 2 hrs.

Simple EVOO salt and pepper for the roast and salt, pepper and granulated garlic for the wings.

I LOVE wings and smoked wings are my new fav. Thanks for looking.

Any left overs? I will be passing by on my way to Jupiter Farms. Just leave them in the mail box where they will stay at proper holding temp here in So Fla!

Thanks, it was her first one ever and she loved it. My cleaver didnt much like it since hacking the bone in half took out a chunk of the blade :(
