Shell Steaks And Burgers (pr0n)
Done on my 22 1/2" OTG.
Sauteed onions in advance of the cook. On The OTG with fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt. Done on one side. Burgers at the turn. Steaks done. Served up with sauteed onions. Done just right. Burger on a bun with sauteed onions. Beer o' the day.

A shell steak is the cut adjacent to the fillet Mignon. It is also called a NY strip steak.
It is common here on Long Island, and is really tasty!

Outstanding. I tried that beer two weeks ago when I was in Tennessee. I really like it, but can't get it here in Wisconsin...
