Default Pics of Some of my Eats

I am a very old fashioned kind of person. I like making things completely from scratch and will only open a dreaded box or can if the wife makes me. Below are a few of my goods...fresh baked hamburger buns, pulled pork sandwich with a mustard vinegar slaw, and a load of brisket and butts for a wedding.

Old fashioned my A#%, thats good cookin the way it should be done! And the new cooker looks awsome, are you gonna do reverse flow? Lets see the build pics when it happens.

Pulled pork with a mustard vinegar slaw on one of those hamburger buns looks and sounds pretty fantastic right about now. Love it!
