No smoker this weekend :(. We're teachers and this is the start of spring break so we'll be traveling to Michigan to see my family. We WILL be smoking some chicken while we're there (need more practice! ours needs work) and a pork butt for family consumption.

Trying some muffin cup chicken tomorrow, and a Greek marinated, boneless leg of lamb on Sunday. Drooling just thinking about it.

Tonight will be my fourth go at pizza on a kettle. Some have been better than others but all have been good.

Sunday I'll be making my first standing rib roast. I have it dry aging in the fridge since this morning.

No specific plans for tomorrow except to boil and dye some eggs for Easter and that means I'll probably be smoking HB eggs early next week. They are awesome smoked with a little cherry!

Got 2 slabs of St. Louis from BJ's that go on Sunday morning and a bunch of Chicken pieces for the deep fryer. Will be served with mac salad.

Sunday will be two more test runs of chicken (I really hate chicken).

I'm probably also going to do a brisket to test out a new temperature, a new injection, and a new rub. My brisket scores have been in the toilet lately.
