Default help guys rib info. needed

we are cooking for 80 folks how many racks of ribs spares would you guys say I needed to cook thanks for any help

If ribs is the only meat, 4 bones per person, 320 ribs, at 12 bones per rack, 26 racks of St. Louis Spares or so. Untrimmed maybe 3 bones per person

I am always specific with customers exactly how many ribs per person we are supplying for the price. Will ribs be the only meat?

Right on the money...I divide the number of people by 3 will equal the number of racks..
