Default Good Fiday Fish Fry?

Here in Wisconsin the Friday fish fry is very popular, especially during Lent.
Mine will consist of:
Corn flake crumb crusted perch and walleye, potato pancakes, home canned apple sauce, coleslaw, marble rye and home made tarter sauce.
Pr0n to follow...

Anyone else doing a fish fry for Good Friday? Let's see yours!
**Smoked or grilled fish will gladly be accepted too.

Yep I'll be doing a fish fry as well!

Turning these gals that I caught in MS last weekend...

into this...

and frying up...

I've been hooked on the Uncle Bucks Spicy batter from Bass Pro lately but I love me some Andy's red batter as well.

Homemade tarter and some hand cut taters fried up to go with mine.

That is making me hungry!!!

Try out Zatarains Fish Fry if you can find it. Perfect in my opinion!

Looks divine!
Nice batch of paper lips. They call those "White Crappie" down there?
I use something similar by Zatarain's, but typically only for catfish or chicken.

Yep those are white's. Here in IL. we catch more black crappie than white but down in Mississippi I've always caught the big whites.
