Mexican Style,Beans,Beef and Eggs.

Mexican Style,Beans,Beef and Eggs.
This would be our South of the Border Throwdown Entry.
Googled this, as we are Mexican food Shy down here.
Used what one could get.
Many picture warning.
Everything was cooked in a Webber Kettle.
Soaked blackEye beans overnight and added red Kidney beans to the mix.
Used tomato Passata,beef stock and odds and ends for the beans.
jalapeno for bite,onions etc.

smoked some jalopeno and onion, skinned and diced for steak sauce,heated in butter.

Made some dough and small breads,maybe more Middle Eastern than Mexican but ,hey..

Steak hits the Grill.

Eggs hit the Beans.

Plated.
