Default Chris Lilly's Spicy Apricot Glaze Smoked Ham for fun, not Easter (pic & recipe)

Found a fully cooked ham in the freezer and decided to smoke it on the WSM for saturday lunch and leftovers. I used Chris Lilly's Spicy Apricot Glaze recipe. Also has some fresh green beans with ham. Baked Acorn Squash with brown sugar splenda & parkay squeeze margarine. Tastes kind of like a sweet potatoe.

Spicy Apricot Glaze
½ cup apricot preserves
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/16 teaspoon ground cloves

Here is the link for all of the instructions:

That looks great Pappy. Double smoked ham is just too good isn't it? I can't wait to do another one myself.

That's why I tossed this one out there. I knew people would be looking for them. I really liked it. 2nd time I have done it this way.

For Easter, my daughter cooks a ham in the oven.

It's my fault. I can't spell "Chit" without using two T's.
