Sunday smoke
My freezer was getting low, so I smoked a bunch of Chicken quarters.
I also smoked a couple of pounds of sausages, and I smoked two chubs of Bologna too. It was a good day. I did the Chicken 'Carolina Style'. Delicious with Potato Salad and Baked Beans. I didn't think about making photos until I had bagged up meals for the freezer.  |
