I used to drink shiner, but I found out recently I need to live gluten free in order to have a healthy lifestyle.

Its certainly tough not to drink!!

It gets easier after a while man. I havent had a beer since new years..and it was tough at first..but you get use to it after a while. I stopped for the same reason..giving weightloss my all- including cutting out beer..Im down 65 lbs in about 1.5 yrs..slow,but im getting to where I want to be! Im sure your body will thank you in 10-30 yrs.
