WHAT?!?!?

It's St. Paddy's day already?

I don't know how I would know when to do anything without Silverfinger's reminders sometimes.

Making corned beef out of the "Charcuterie" book by Ruhlman. I really looking forward to it!

Got a corned beef brisket soaking as we speak, so a smoked corned beef pastrami thing will be happening and will most likely make a batch of colcannon to go with it. We'll also have hors de vors, and lots of beer of course.

I plan to cook green beer. I use the term "cook" loosely.

Working a brisket from our last steer from the farm. Home made corned beef is brining right now.

I don't see any dots. More of a grid, really.
