Default Been gone for a spell....

Whew...

Got married in December, which means the 6 weeks preceding the wedding, as well as the the subsequent honeymoon, Christmas, and moving, put BBQ'ing on the back burner, as did a couple of winter storms here in KS. But I'm back and put a 10# butt on the smoker at 7:00 this morning, which means dinner is around 9:00ish, more or less...

There's just something about bbq that just makes me feel very content.... It's good to be back!

David

Thanks all! It's great to be married!

As far as the original question from He Who Smells Like Smoke... There has been some Legs, Thighs & Breasts on fire around here, but not necessarily on the UDS, and that's all I'm saying on the matter!

She's actually a big fan of my BBQ, although she's less than enthusiastic about some of the slaws I've tried. And my Sunday afternoon meals on the Weber... chicken, potatoes and ATB's, that stuff really gets her going... But I will say she's the burger master, at least when it comes to spicing them up... (I still do the grilling of course)
