Default Pork Shoulder and Ribs (Pic)

Trying out different rub combos for competition. Single (small) shoulder and a rack of ribs. The smell is killing me as I sit in my office working (which may be the only down side of cooking every day!).

On another note, what is everyone using for competition (that is commercially available and you don't mind talking about )? I'm always looking for suggestions.

cajun grill n cue, louisiana sweet mesquite from Southern. just add some red pepper to it and it is awesome on ribs.. You can also try yardbird rub from plowboys, its great by itself
