Default Winner winner chicken dinner

Made this Chicken breast, stuffed with Prosciutto & smoked gouda cheese. But my wife is tired of all the smoked meats I have made lately, so this one has to go in the oven!

Looks great so far. I understand what your wife is saying. I work around it all day and it's nice to have a salad once in a while.

Very nice - nothing wrong with an oven once in a while, especially to keep peace in the house.
