Stopped by the Beef Palace in Huntington Beach. 1 1/2" 16 oz dry aged loin strip (NY) going on the grill tonight. I plan on posting pictures of the finished product.

In the top three steaks I ever had......Dont tell anybody but I brushed it wid a little budda. So, in conclusion..We had a 16oz Prime, aged beef loin strip brushed wid a light coating of EVO and sprinkled wit sea salt, coarse ground peppa and topped with a little budda...OMG!
