My daughter is up for spring break and wanted to cook for her friends and there family. She wanted a butt(she an ace at trimming and prepping them), Moinks, and a bacon weaved fatty. I only help with the pit and directing how to weave the fatty rest all done by my daughter(12ys old)

Very proud!! she'd school alot of peps.... My dad was in town cooking one and Rach was all over it telling him how to do it lol very very proud of her!!
