B.I.G. Juicy Brisket
It's been a while since I was on asking for Brisket help. Nowadays Brisket is my family's favorite meal. Here is a short video of today's Brisket. Given the anniversary of the death of B.I.G., I thought the sound track and title were appropriate. No offense to any who don't prefer the music. You still may like the Brisket.

Nice presentation! Brisket looks great and you got a big taste so delicious from that cutie. I liked the music and that huge fork. Got to get me one of those.

Is that Really a Big Fork or is it a hotdog holder used as a fork .. Either way I Like it. Hard to believe B.I.G. was only 24 when he left.
