Default just a simple dinner with some weekend pron thrown in.....

cooked three butts over the weekend. smoked two and made pibil with the third.

last night we had asparagus, avocado, tuna and salmon. ployboy's fin & feather and hawiian cane sugar on the salmon and just soy and sesame seeds on the tuna. olive oil and foil hat rub on the avocado.

and the pork.....

Wow, BBQ like that unites! Even with our vastly different political views, I have no problem saying "I love you man!!!"

That all looks great! Very nice job on the tuna!

I didn't know that Simply marvelous had a Fins and Feathers rub. I can't find it online.

Default just a simple dinner with some weekend pron thrown in.....

I love the fish dinner. Very healthy and visually appealing as well.

Not to say everything else wasn't appealing too. I think all of your food looked amazing.

How did you cook your tuna?

just soy sauce and sesame seeds and over the hot coals about 45-60 seconds per side. since that piece was so thick, i did the sides as well as the top and bottom.
