Default Random thought - pizza warmer to hold bbq

Friday night is pizza night. While sitting at the pizza place, I was looking at the pizza warmer bags and a thought came to me... Would using a pizza warmer bag (the bags the delivery guys use) work better than a towel and a cooler. Could you put the bbq in the pizza bag and then the cooler for the resting period. Any benefits to this or just a waste?

Probably not better. Never delivered pizza, but the design is for portability, ease of access and short use(1 hr or so), also, they are not completely enclosed like foil and a towel would be*. I don't see it holding the heat like a cooler would... sure would be cool for transporting wrapped food though.

Agreed with garzanium. However, I was thinking put the bbq in the pizza bag and then put it all in the cooler, instead of wrapping in towel and putting in cooler.

I think the pizza bag would be a slightly better insulator than a towel. But the ice chest is what really does the work of keeping the food warm.
