have to share this . Smoked deviled eggs .. While the smoker is stilll hot and smoke still there put some diveled eggs in it for 15 minutes no more no less . If you leave them in to long they get rubbery. Tryed it today and they are goooood

So you prep them like they are ready to eat And then smoke them? Doesn't sound bad actually. Little smoked paprika on top and now we are in business.
