Chicken temp
Alright first time smoking chicken bone-in thighs. Should I cook at 325-350? Is is best to use unsalted butter to inject? Any tips.

your temp is good.. injecting is optional.. i wouldn't.. thighs have plenty of natural fat in them.. just cook until they are done and eat up!

I wouldn't inject. I Trim them up and cook 275-300 using slap yo daddy chicken rub (favorite)
