Default MAK 2 Star General...

Butts and Briskets comp cook...

After 8 hours in the smoke @ 235...sorry no pre-wrap photos...too early in the am...lol!

Texture is spot on...

Some cubed point...aka "burn't ends" for my lovely Bride!

Nailed the money muscle...

The MAK 2 Star General exceeded my expectations in how it performed and the quality of smoke it produced. One more test smoke before we roll it out to our first competition...
Cheers!
JD

The smoke flavor is strong enough? I've never heard that about a pellet grill.
