Awesome job! Why does it have 2 stacks? Can it be switched to a verticle only?

Yes you can use it as a vertical only

Thanks to everyone who looked and commented on the cooker we try really hard to do class AAAA work, and it will always be like that!!!!!

Man that is one sharp cooker! Like razor knife sharp. I hate stick burners but even I would enjoy playin with that thing!
