Default Stuffed bacon wrapped chicken thighs

Stuffed the chicken thighs with sliced jalapeno and onion. Rubbed with cracked black pepper and James Gang rub. Gonna throw a couple racks of dinosaur bones too.

Everything turned out fantastic. Stuffed chicken, beef ribs, and cheesy crunch potatoes with corn flakes.

Helped with some amateur bbq judging on the weekend.
A Chefs choice dish servered up was Chicken thigh stuffed with jalpeno and cheese,no bacon.
It was delish,I can only imagine the extra bling of the bacon.
The whole plate looks great.
