It looks good from here. I am looking forward to cooking on a new brumsfeds vertical I scored for some cooked food. The weather has been nasty for the last couple weeks here and I have had a nasty cold to boot so things have been on hold. I plan on making this a dedicated wood burner for now, what are you using in the fire box, and how are your temps so far?

‎14 lb brisket is ready. Cook took 18 hours. 200 degree internal temp. Letting it cool.... Probe test and it is like butter!
