First off, I am not talking about curing bacon. I have always thought that bacon tasted so good that you didn't have to add anything to it. Fry it up and eat. I decided to try a little Fast Eddy rub on my bacon this past week. Talk about taking it to the next level.
Do you rub your bacon? If you do what have you found that makes you giggle?

Bacon cannot be improved .. God already worked on the recipe lol.. for a long time.... but, I do hear brown sugar caramelized well on it. Have not tried it though. I just tried bacon covered with chocolate (fondue) last year or so .. changed my life:) Sent from my SGH-T999 using Tapatalk 2

Try 2 cups brown sugar and 1 tsp cayenne pepper mixed well. That should do it.

Make pig candy but sprinkle on HDD under the sugars.

I was eating it with breakfast this morning, I try to avoid too much sugar on it. It's smoked meat, that needs rub anytime.
