Default My first suckling pig

The weather is starting to warm up, and I'm almost ready to bring Meatbot out of her hibernation. I've just been out of the country on gigs, and can't wait to get started on queing again this year.

Here are pics from my last cook last year that I've never gotten a chance to upload.

My first sucklin pig. A 50 pounder.

People were ngawing on it's bones cause it didn't yield much meat :) next time I'll go bigger.

The pig looks great!
