Love My new PitMaker Vault. If you seen the pics of the briskets I did Sunday they looked awesome
Other Vault owners how do you get more smoke into your food? I used Kingford Comp and 5 fist sized hickory pieces of wood. The briskets came straight out of the frig, seasoned, then into the smoker. Is it as easy as just adding more wood? |

Use splits, they smoke longer. Also, consider the larger mojo bricks.
