Default Any body ever seen one of these weber fire pits?

First time I have ever seen one. Pretty neat. But I don't think I would pay the money for it.

I have seen them, not really a great concept to me. I prefer the open ones, but, maybe the screen and lid make them safer in dry areas.

I see them semi-regularly on CL. I bought something similar made by Coleman for $20 on CL about 5 yrs ago. I like it.

I've had that model for years. The lid is cool in that it really reflects heat out sideways, and you can use it to snuff the fire when it's time to go in.

Our support ring rusted out though, so now it's just an open pit with a lid to snuff it. :)

I have one. It works well. I put a 22.5 OT fire grate in the bottom of mine.
