Default Another rack of ribs!

Well it's been a couple weeks since I did a slab of Spare ribs and wanted to do some more. Every time I make them a little different to see what I like best. Well today was no exception and they turned out excellent. I rubbed them down with Rib Tickler, SM Season All, and Kosher Salt and finished them off with some Blue Hog sauce. I like a slightly salty rib the best but i'll tell you what. These babies were GREAT! Super sweet with a little kick. I normally leave them dry as well but wanted to give this sauce a good fair shot and I am glad I also got to try out my new Victorinox slicing knife. See for yourselves how great this thing cut!
