Default Ribs on with indirect set up

Working on some pork spare ribs today. Took the easy way out with Richards BBQ Rub and apple chips in the foil.

Smoking pretty good

Holding steady

The set up

Looks like your set up should work. I like your charcoal basket, and that grill emblem is pretty cool.

Thanks. To be truthful they were overdone. I have years of cooking experience but my smoking skills are not up to par. I think the temps were okay but I still overshot them. Also they seamed greasy to me in relation to their doneness.
