Friday night steaks
Decided to do sirloins tonight, buy one get one free.
Typical coarse black pepper, garlic salt, paprika, lime juice and .....wait what is that? I tossed some sesame seeds on The sesame seeds char and add a nice little extra flavor profile and are not crunchy when you eat them
